FAQs

MyAshleyCare eVisits are visits that some patients may initiate through the secure patient portal. These visits are only available for non-emergent issues and for established clinic patients with a registered patient portal account.  

The process includes the patient answering a series of online questions about his condition.  Next, the provider receives an electronic alert of the eVisit.  After reviewing a summary of the history of the condition, the provider recommends a plan of care to the patient via secure messaging through the portal, including prescription, if necessary.
